Dave Grohl 'Knew Cobain Would Have Young Death'

Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl says he always felt Kurt Cobain would die at a young age.
The Nirvana frontman died aged 27 in 1994, after shooting himself in the head.
Speaking about the death of his former band mate, Grohl revealed he was prepared for Cobain's early passing.
"There are some people that you meet in life that you just know that they are not going to live to be a hundred years old." Dave explained.
"In some ways, you kind of prepare yourself emotionally for that to be a reality."
"Usually it takes something like that for people to appreciate life as a gift and you have to take advantage of the time that you have. Sometimes you just can't save someone from themselves."
