Coldplay 'Felt Nerves Ahead Of UK Shows'

Coldplay have been away touring America for so long, that the felt the nerves when returning to the UK to perform on home turf.

The 'Yellow' stars have just played a sold-out show at Manchester's Old Trafford Cricket Ground, when frontman Chris Martin revealed his worries.

The singer told concert-goers: "It feels like we have been away for a long time. The four of us were feeling really nervous about coming back home but you have given us a better reception than we could possibly have asked for."

Martin then joked: "It is a bit like when Stefan Dennis [Paul Daniels] went back to Neighbours - he didn't know what the reaction would be."
