Christina Aguilera looks set to shock and surprise with her new album, judging by the list of collaborators that has appeared online.
Not usually associated with Christina's style of music, the artists chosen to work on her next LP hint at something new for the sexy singer. Names that have been dropped to feature on the album include MIA, Goldfrapp, Santigold and Sia.
But speaking to APE Radio about the upcoming release, Christina wasn't giving much away: "I know I can't let too much out the bag too soon, I just can't, 'cause I really want you guys to be surprised and to experience firsthand what I'm talking about or what I'm not talking too much about. Too soon in the game, but wrapping everything up now."
And Christina is confident that the collaborations will create her best album yet. "I think I'm most proud of this work than I've ever been, just because I worked with so many amazing and incredibly talented people."
Recently Aguilera described her new song as having a "futuristic" slant. She also installed a home-recording studio to avoid the paparazzi.
