Chris Brown Issues Video Apologizing To Rihanna

Chris Brown has issued a public apology to Rihanna for assaulting her back in February of this year.
Chris pleaded guilty to assault charges last month, and until now the singer has remained tight-lipped on the incident (which he puts down to his attorney)
