Carrie Underwood Album 'Honors Her Boyfriend'

Carrie Underwood wrote a tribute to her boyfriend Mike Fisher in the CD booklet of her new album 'Play On'.
The country singer, who rose to fame after winning American Idol, has been dating the hockey pro for almost a year and couldn't wait to show him just how much he means to her.
Inside the artwork, Underwood wrote: "Thank you #12. You are the most amazing addition to my life!" (#12 refers to the number on the shirt that he wears when playing in the Ottawa Senators)
"You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person."
"I love you so much! You make my life better in every way! I thank God for you every day."
Carrie released 'Play On' this week.
