Calvin Harris has lost the only existing copy of his new album while he was returning to the UK from America, due to the baggage crisis at Heathrow Airport.
The dance-producer has been working on the follow-up to last year's 'I Created Disco' for the last seven months and had made just one copy of the material - as stored on his laptop.
Speaking on behalf of Harris, a spokesperson from his record label Columbia said: "He has lost the only copy of the new album."
"It's a big cause for concern - months of work have gone into that. The airport has offered £750 in compensation, but the spokesperson commented "You can't really put a price on something like a new record."
