Britney Too "Fragile" To Face Court

Britney Spears' lawyer says the singer was too "fragile" to appear in court as she faced charges of driving without a valid Californian licence.
Michael Flanagan says ahead of the case, Spears begged him not to make her appear in court as she couldn't take the pressure. He says Britney told him: "I can't face all those people. I don't want to deal with all the people."
Flanagan himself says of the comeback pop star: "She is not very strong. She is still very fragile. I had to explain things to her."
The case failed to reach a verdict after a judge declared a mistrial.
Britney is preparing for the release of her comeback record 'Circus' for early December. The video for first single Womanizer has already been released.
