Britney Spears Wins Two MTV Europe Music Awards

Britney Spears scooped two prizes at the MTV Europe Music Awards last night (November 6).
The singer picked-up awards for Album Of The Year (for 2007's 'Blackout') and was also crowned Act of 2008.
Although she couldn't attend the ceremony, which was held in Liverpool, Britney did record two thankyou videos.
Other winners on the night included Leona Lewis (Best UK & Irish Act), Kanye West (Ultimate Urban), 30 Seconds To Mars (Rock Out), Katy Perry (New Act), Pink (Most Addictive Track).
As predicted, Rick Astley won the Best Act Ever honour.
