Britney Spears Photographer Foot Crushing Case Dropped

Britney Spears is off-the-hook after it was alleged that she drove over the foot of an unidentified paparazzo.
Prosecutors have refused to pursue the case against the pop star after viewing a videotape of the incident.
Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney said the "only way the victim's foot could have been where the video indicates it to be was by the victim placing it in that location." The complaint against Britney Spears was filed in May.
In other news, Spears was recently pulled from the new Pussycat Dolls video for their single 'When I Grow Up'.
