Britney Spears NOT Performing At Teen Choice Awards

Looks like Britney Spears won't be performing live at the Teen Choice Awards, despite a message on her official site claiming otherwise yesterday.
Today sees a new statement from the singer's camp, which reads: "Update: Britney is appearing, not performing at the TCAs. We are deeply sorry for any confusion and disappointment and appreciate the ongoing dedication of Britney's wonderful fans."
Spears will be presented with the 'Ultimate Choice Award', and is also nominated for three more accolades: 'Choice Music: Single', 'Choice Music: Female Artist' and 'Choice Music: Tour'.
The ceremony is being hosted by the Jonas Brothers, and confirmed live performances will come courtesy of Black Eyed Peas, Sean Kingston and Hannah Montana actress Miley Cyrus
