Britney Spears & Madonna Video More Details Leak

More details of the Britney Spears video that will be broadcast on Madonna's 'Sticky & Sweet' tour have emerged.
Apparently a hooded Spears can be seen inside an elevator, where she is pacing back and forth - kicking and punching the walls, like a wild beast.
When Madonna asks who the figure is, Britney removes the hood to deliver her catchphrase, "It's Britney b***h".
The video will he displayed on large screens during the forthcoming world tour, to help the 'Toxic' singer relaunch her career.
