Boyzone Tour Put In Doubt Due To Keith Duffy Injury

Boyzone's summer tour may be delayed, after Keith Duffy had to have emergency surgery.

Both Keith and Ronan Keating took part in the London marathon this weekend, but hours after finishing the run, Duffy began to experience stabbing pains and was rushed to a doctor.

Duffy then discovered that he needed a double hernia operation and was sent to surgery. He has now been told by doctors to take it easy if he wishes to go on tour with the group, which begins next month.

Speaking to the Mirror, Ronan revealed that they would not leave Keith behind and would postpone the tour if they had to. "We wouldn't tour without him... we'll work something out," Keating insisted.

And Keith's operation has also affected the groups rehearsal schedule. Mikey Graham adds: "No one is quite sure how long the healing process will be. It leaves us in an unfortunate position because after an hernia op you can't do too much jumping around."
