Bono Retire - An Online Petition Asks Him To Step Down

An online petition has just been launched, which asks U2 frontman Bono to retire.
During the pledge, organisers label the Irish rock star as "self-righteous" and ask that he disappears from the limelight so he'll "stop leading misguided counter-productive philanthropy efforts".
Any donations will also be sent to charity: "We will give money to Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. But we will only pay if we meet our objective."
