Bobby Gillespie Beaten Up In Madrid

Bobby Gillespie, frontman with Primal Scream has been beaten up while the band were in Madrid on July 14th.
According to several sources, Gillespie was in a bar in the city after the Primals had performed a gig there earlier that evening, when a stranger attacked him.
A spokesman for the band told The Sun newspaper: "There was an incident in Madrid on Friday. Bobby was in the hotel bar when a guy lunged at him in an unprovoked attack that left him with facial injuries."
Reports to date have been conflicting, with some claiming the singer suffered minor facial injuries and others stating the charismatic vocalist was on the receiving end of a broken nose and two black eyes.
