Beck, MGMT, Banhart Re-record Velvet Underground Album

Beck has launched a special project online, where he and other musicians will rework entire albums.
Billed as 'Beck & Friends Music Club', the collective will re-record a whole album in just one day, and then one song a week will be posted on Beck.com.
Nothing will be rehearsed prior to their meeting.
The group - which so far features MGMT, Devendra Banhart, Jamie Lidell and Nigel Godrich - have already covered the Velvet Underground & Nico classic album.
A video for the first track 'Sunday Morning' is being streamed on Beck's site now.
