Be Your Own Pet Banned Songs To Get Released

The Be Your Own Pet songs that were deemed too "violent" and subsequently removed from the US version of their 'Get Awkward' album, will now be available in the States.
XL Recordings - the band's European home - will release the 3 offending songs as a digital single on June 3rd, followed by a CD and 7" on June 24th. The single will hold the tracks 'Black Hole', 'Becky' and 'Blow Yr Mind'.
Bizarrely, Be Your Own Pet's US label Universal who censored the album in March, is also home to acts like 50 Cent and Young Buck - hardly "non-violent" artists.
