Arctic Monkeys Use Alias For New 7" Single

Strangely, Arctic Monkeys have taken on a new pseudonym for the release of a 7" record, being released directly through the band's label Domino Records.

For the vinyl (limited to just 250 copies), the band have used the alias of The Death Ramps and the two songs included on the 7" - Death Ramps and Nettles - also appear on next week's Arctic Monkeys single Teddy Picker.

The label is being rather secretive about the low-key release, simple stating: "Unfortunately, we're not allowed to tell you the true identity of The Death Ramps but needless to say they're a band with A Certain Romance (wink, wink)."
