Amy Winehouse To Face Legal Action Over Missed Festival?

Amy Winehouse could be sued for missing a scheduled appearance at a French festival.
As we reported two days ago, the singer pulled out of the Rock En Seine event as she claimed she was too unfit to travel and perform. As a result, she stayed at her London home to get better, says her spokesman.
However, the Rock En Seine website has now posted a statement showing their anger at the missed appearance.
"Amy Winehouse should have arrived on the site early Friday evening." Reads the statement. "We were told by her agent at 8:00 pm that she wasn't coming." Organisers also say they were offered "no explanation of the exact reasons for her absence".
