Albert Hammond Jr Records Yours To Keep Solo Album

Albert Hammond Jr, guitarist with indie favourites The Strokes, will be the first member of the band to release a solo album later this year.

Yours To Keep will be a 10 track long-player, where Hammond Jr will be joined be a few well-known names like Sean Lennon, Ben Kweller and Judy Porter (of Fountains Of Wayne).

Also appearing will be Sammy James Jr and Ryan Gentles, who is the manager of The Strokes. The bass and drums on the LP were performed by Josh Lattanzi and Matt Romano respectively.

An October 9th release date has been given.
