Albert Hammond Jr Covers Frank Black On His Next Single

Albert Hammond Jr has recorded a special cover version of a Frank Black (front man with Pixies) song for the b-side to his next single.
The cover sees The Strokes man tackling Old Black Dawning and it will appear as the bonus track for the In Transit single (due September 3rd).
In Transit originally appeared on Hammond Jr's debut album Yours To Keep and will be accompanied by a video directed by actor Joaquin Phoenix.
What's more, Albert Hammond Jr has also pencilled-in a batch of Irish dates this month, that will take place a few days before his appearance at the Carling Weekend.
