Akon To Move Into Acting After His Music Career

Akon is hoping to make his acting debut, after his music career dies down.
Speaking to WENN, the R&B star says of his future plans: "On the movie side, acting is something I will entertain later. Now I'm into more of the behind the scenes stuff: producing the movies, scoring the movies, doing the soundtracks, and slowly I'll make my way in."
Akon also revealed he won't be working forever, unlike a lot of celebrities: "Retiring will always be a goal. It's just not time yet. There are so many new developments happening every day. My goal was 2015, but I might extend that a couple."
