Akon 'Michael Jackson Was Never Satisfied With His Songs'

Akon says Michael Jackson was never happy with the songs they wrote together, because the late singer was such a perfectionist.
The R&B star worked with Jackson on material intended to be included on his comeback album, but those recordings so far remain unreleased.
Discussing their time songwriting together, Akon recalls: "He was never satisfied. Like, we might have passed up ideas that I know for a fact were smashes."
"He'd be like, 'Nah, nah - we got to come up with something better'. We can never do better 'cause his expectation was so high."
"It was almost to a point where we would have to get a record and I would believe in it and just put it out, 'cause it would never come out 'cause he always believed we could do better."
The Michael Jackson documentary 'This Is It', which captures his rehearsals for his sold-out London residency', premiers this week (October 28th).
