Two females have filed a lawsuit against 50 Cent over an incident at the Hippodrome in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 2004.
50 Cent had been performing on stage when an unknown person sprayed him with water. The rapper jumped off the stage into the crowd in an attempt to find the culprit.
Security guards and two police officers pushed 50 Cent back on to the stage. Two people were later arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
In May 2005, 50 Cent was sentenced to probation, two years of random drug testing and an anger management program due to the incident. He was also ordered to make a public service announcement speaking out against violence.
Now the trouble has resurfaced, with two women claiming they were assaulted during the incident. Donna DeJesus, 25, and Taneka Nesbitt, 27, have filed assault and battery charges in Hampden County Court against the rapper. At this stage it's unknown how much they are seeking.
DeJesus claims she was punched in the face by 50 Cent and Nesbitt claims she was pushed down and has had to undergo knee surgery as a result.
