Paul McCartney To Star In New Peter Kay Comedy

Sir Paul McCartney looks set to make a cameo appearance in the new Peter Kay show, which hits the UK's Channel 4 this month.
The Mirror reports that Macca will star in the Bolton comedian's new spoof reality show, 'Britain's Got The Pop Factor And Possibly A New Celebrity Jesus Christ Soapstar Superstar Strictly On Ice'.
"They met at Sir Paul's recent Anfield gig and Peter asked him if he could spare a day to do some filming," an insider tells the paper. "He loved the idea. He is a fan of Peter's work. Getting Macca is a big coup."
The show will air this coming Sunday, October 12th.
