Coldplay won't be playing a residency at the O2 Arena in London, due to their popularity (or lack of).
Frontman Chris Martin says he doesn't feel his band are big enough stars or popular enough to sell-out numerous nights at the huge venue.
Speaking of one residency, where Prince performed 3 weeks worth of live shows, Martin says: "He sold out 21 nights. I don't think we could."
"You can't do that unless you've got impeccable facial hair," the Coldplay star joked. "With my facial hair we could probably sell out five nights."
