Madonna Fined For Breaking A Concert Curfew

Madonna has now been fined £135,000 (around $250,000) because of her Wembley Stadium concert earlier this month, say reports.

The show, which was held at the London venue on September 11, overran longer than scheduled. The performance should have ended at 10.30pm, but didn't finish until 11.10pm.

According to The Sun, a source says: "Her people knew about the possible implications for going over the curfew but this is a pretty hefty fine, even for Madonna."

Madonna's Wembley concert also upset some fans who had trouble with travel arrangements due to the late finish of the show.
