Tupac Shakur Most Overrated Person In Music

2Pac (real name Tupac Shakur) has been branded as "the most overrated person in music" and Blender is the guilty culprit, who make the claim in their October issue.
The late rapper tops a list of "places, trends and other junk in rock" and according to the magazine, Tupac had an "insane rock-star charisma," but "larded records with self-mythologizing, mediocre filler."
The statement is likely to cause controversy amongst the hip-hop community.
