Guns N' Roses Leaker Arrested By FBI

A blogger accused of leaking tracks from the forthcoming Guns N' Roses album 'Chinese Democracy', has now been arrested over claims he broke copyright laws.

FBI agents arrested 27-year-old Kevin Cogill yesterday (August 27) in Los Angeles, where he was later taken into custody.

Cogill was then taken to court where he admitted to leaking nine songs from the album on his website in June. Bail was set at $10,000 and he must return to court again on September 17.

Prosecutors claim the leaked songs may have caused "significant" financial losses for Guns N' Roses.
