DMX Has Been Freed From Prison

DMX is a free man after being released from prison today (August 27).
TMZ reports that the jailed rapper (real name Earl Simmons) has pleaded guilty to purchasing small amounts of marijuana and cocaine in Miami this June, in exchange for timed served. A $483 fine was also paid.
However, all is still not good for Simmons, as a bench warrant for his arrest in Arizona is still valid. Police have 15 days to still arrest him for drug and paraphernalia possession.
