Jay-Z Headphones Get Approval

Jay-Z looks set for another business venture, this time with Motorola as a pair of "Jay-Z headphones" were approved by the FCC.

The headphones are said to allow the simultaneous use of Bluetooth audio, as well as cellphone capabilities, say Cnet.com.

Which means if a user is listening to music and they receive a phone call, they can switch the call to the headphones. When the call ends, the track you were playing also resumes.

It's not known if Jay-Z will promote the product or is simply endorsing them. But with the FCC giving the go-ahead, the headphones could be going on sale shortly.

As reported earlier today, Hova was ranked the second richest hip-hop artist of 2008, after netting $82 million.
