DMX Could Be Jailed Until October

It seems DMX is having more trouble, as reports say that the rapper (real name Earl Simmons) is currently locked up in a Florida jail after he was not offered bail.
Simmons was arrested last week outside a Wal-Mart store in Miami, after he missed a court date a few days earlier (August 12) to face a hearing of alleged marijuana possession.
According to TMZ, Simmons' lawyer Brad Cohen attempted to get a fugitive bond in the state of Florida to allow DMX to return to Arizona, however Judge Lawrence Schwartz upheld the no bond status.
Now, Simmons must remain in the Florida Jail until October 2nd, when he will return to court to face charges - unless a settlement is reached beforehand.
