DMX Arrested For Sixth Time This Year

DMX has been arrested for the sixth time this year, following a warrant that was issued earlier this week after he failed to appear in court, in Phoenix, Arizona.
According to reports, police arrested the rapper (real name Earl Simmons) outside a Wal-Mart store in Miami, Florida. He was later taken into custody and will face a court on Tuesday (August 19).
According to Earl's lawyer Charles Kozelka, Simmons had missed his original court hearing because he had checked into a Miami hospital. Kozelka also added that DMX was planning to enter a course of rehab.
In music news, it has emerged that DMX plans to release two albums on the same day during October - a hip-hop record named 'Walk With Me Now' and a soul album entitled 'You'll Fly with Me Later'.
