Strokes Drummer Fabrizio Moretti Recording Offshoot Album

Fabrizio Moretti - drummer with The Strokes - is the second band member to be working on his own music project, following in the footsteps of guitarist Albert Hammond Jr.
Moretti's new offshoot is a collaboration with his girlfriend Binki Shapiro, as well as Brazilian singer & guitarist Rodrigo Amarante (formerly of the group Los Hermanos).
Currently, the collective have opted for the band name of Little Joy and a debut album is being worked on, expected for release in the Autumn / Fall.
Rolling Stone says Little Joy's sound is similar to Antonio Carlos Jobim, Vince Guaraldi and 60s Wall Of Sound girl groups.
