Foxy Brown & Lil Kim Sued By Book Publishers

Foxy Brown and Lil' Kim are both being sued by book publishers Simon & Schuster Inc., because they never delivered books their were paid to write.

According to the suit, Foxy Brown was given $75,000 in 2005 to write her autobiography (titled 'Broken Silence') by February 2006, which was never completed. It's claimed Lil' Kim was also paid in advance - in this case $40,000 in 2003, with the finished book to handed in during June 2004.

It's thought the delays have occurred as both rappers have served jail time. The Associated Press say Kim's attorney has not responded to call and Brown's attorney has not seen the lawsuit.
