MGMT Eager To Start Work On Second Album

MGMT are eager to return to the studio and begin work on their second album say the band.
Talking to BB6 Music, the New York duo who received much acclaim for this year's 'Oracular Spectacular' debut album, say: "We've been longing to get in the studio for a while because we got out of it recording our last album about a year ago."
"So we're definitely ready to start working on some new stuff but I think in January we're gonna start recording and hopefully put an album out next summer."
As we reported yesterday, MGMT will play two festival warm-up shows next month, as well as appearances at the Reading and Leeds festivals and a headline tour set for October.
