Kylie Minogue has been handed an OBE at Buckingham Palace for her "services to music".
The Australian singer first found out about the award last December, at which point she was quoted as saying: "I feel deeply touched to be acknowledged by the UK, my adopted home, in this way."
This isn't the first notable award for the former Neighbours actress, as during May of this year she was presented with the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government for "contribution to the enrichment of French culture".
Kylie releases her next single 'One' - a collaboration with Freemasons - on July 28th. It's taken from her current album 'X'.
