Zach De La Rocha Forms One Day As A Lion Band

Rage Against The Machine frontman Zach De La Rocha has formed a new band with John Theodore, formerly of the Mars Volta calling themselves One Day As A Lion.
The group have recorded their first EP which will be released through Epitaph imprint Anti- on July 21st. Five songs appear which are listed below, while the band say of the new project:
"One Day As A Lion is both a warning delivered and a promise kept. "A defiant affirmation of the possibilities that exist in the space between kick and snare. It's a sonic reflection of the visceral tension between a picturesque fabricated cultural landscape, and the brutal socioeconomic realities it attempts to mask."
De la Rocha will be performing both keyboards and vocals, while Theodore can be heard drumming on the EP. The tracklisting is as follows:
