Suge Knight Ordered To Auction Off Death Row Assets

A judge has ordered Suge Knight to auction off all assets for Death Row Records say reports, after he filed for bankruptcy in 2006.

TMZ say an obtained document reads that "substantially all of the recorded music business assets of the estate, along with substantially all of the music publishing business assests of the bankruptcy estate of Marion 'Suge' Knight..." must be sold.

The starting bid is $24 million, with the auction closing on June 10th.

In recent years, many former Death Row artists such as Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg have been interested in owning the masters and publishing rights of their past releases - the auction may well give them the chance.
