Duffy is the latest name to stand up for Jay-Z and his headlining role at the Glastonbury Festival on June 28th.
The singer, who is starting to do well in America, has said she doesn't understand why some people - including Noel Gallagher - have slammed organiser's for booking the hip-hop star.
"I genuinely think he's a great musician," Duffy told Glastonburyfestivals.co.uk. "I was quite intrigued by it [the criticism]. It hadn't really crossed my mind that his appearance might be a problem. I've seen him live and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to."
"[I saw Jay-Z] at the Royal Albert Hall in London. He had these great string arrangements and was just an amazing showman. It was really fun and you left feeling good. I'm completely excited about seeing him again."
