Amy Winehouse Added To Glastonbury Line-Up

Amy Winehouse has been confirmed to perform at Glastonbury Festival, after months of rumours suggested that she would appear.

The troubled singer will perform on the Pyramid Stage just before Jay-Z steps up to headline the event.

Organiser Emily Eavis told the BBC, "This is one of the biggest sets of the summer, supporting the most anticipated artist at Glastonbury in the past 38 years." Eavis also went on to say she had "faith" that the singer would "come and deliver".

Glastonbury Festival has still not sold out, despite selling out in record time in the last few years. Many claim that choosing a rapper as the main headliner is responsible for low ticket interest.
