Vessels will offer a new download-only EP on June 16th, before their long awaited debut album 'White Fields and Open Devices' comes out in August.

The lead song on the four-track collection is 'A Hundred Times In Every Direction' and along with a re-recorded version of their debut single Yuki, both will be included on the album. The main song is currently up on MySpace for streaming.

Another song found here is 'The Beast' - again re-recorded during the album sessions, differing from the version found on the group's self-titled 2006 EP.

For their first album, Vessels headed out to Pachyderm Studio just outside of Minneapolis under the guidance of producer John Congleton (Explosions In The Sky, The Paper Chase) in December 2007.

A tour is also currently underway and will run through until July - dates are listed below the jump.
