The Cribs, Young Knives, Rascals For Zoo Thousand Festival

A new Kent festival named Zoo Thousand And Eight will launch this Summer, paying host to bands like The Cribs, British Sea Power, Funeral For A Friend and Young Knives.
The event will run from July 4th-6th and will be held at the Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, where upto 60,000 fans will attend.
Other acts confirmed this far include Hadouken!, Wiley, The Rumble Strips, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Athlete, Friendly Fires and Lethal Bizzle with more, as listed further down the page. Also offering up a DJ set is Bloc Party.
The camp site will be available for upto 20,000 campers and tickets are already on sale via the ZooThousand.com site. A percentage of each ticket sold will also go to the Aspinal Foundation charity - which helps pay for the upkeep of the animals and enclosures at the Port Lympne Wild Animal Park.
