Kanye West Sued Over Good Life Sample

Kanye West is being sued for his hit song Good Life, over claims the r&b star sampled another track without permisison.
Dayna 'D'Mystro' Staggs - a songwriter from Maryland, is suing West, his GOOD label and Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella Records - saying they sampled parts of his song Volume. He now seeks 85% of all profits raised from the release of Good Life.
The suit also claims that "vulgar and offensive" images relating to Good Life have damaged the reputation of his own number, Volume.
