50 Cent and DJ Drama to Release G-Unit Gangsta Grillz

50 Cent and DJ Drama are to release the first edition in the G-Unit Gangsta Grillz mixtape series soon.
Drama told MTV News that the first mixtape will be released in April. He also says 50 Cent (boss of G-Unit) is eager to get the series going, after the success of his recent Elephant In The Sand mixtape (the second in his ThisIs50.com series).
Drama told the programme, "He's really going heavy on the ThisIs50.com Web site, and he was saying basically it's time to get G-Unit hot in the South. What better way to do that than to do a Gangsta Grillz? Not only from a South aspect, but from a quality street-music aspect."
Gangsta Grillz promises appearances from all of the MCs in G-Unit, as well as La Da Darkman and Willie Da Kid. Rumours also hint at T.I featuring at some point.
"We're gonna have fun with it," added DJ Drama. "Let the mixtape game come back to life. 50 is a monster in the game, I'm a monster in the game. The combination is gonna kill the streets."
