Compton rapper The Game has named a release date for his hugely awaited third studio album, L.A.X. (Los Angeles Times).
Originally scheduled for March, the long-player will be in shops from June 24th and as previously stated by the recently free-from-jail hip-hop star, the record will be his last.
So far there is no track listing, but song titles include Red Magic, Good Old Days, Make The World Go 'Round, first single Big Dreams and Street Ryders, which includes guest appearances from Akon and Nas.
Famed producers Cool & Dre are said to have worked on most of the album, although other rumoured names (although not confirmed) include Focus and Dr Dre.
"I have a highly controversial album coming this summer and not the typical controversy you are used to in rap," says The Game. "On L.A.X. I'm addressing real issues that other artists might be scared to talk about on record; issues that need to be heard."
