The Game is 100% definitely freed from prison after reports suggested he was released, then back inside and now free again.
In a statement, the rapper says: "I apologize...but due to the sensitive negotiations on this matter I felt it appropriate not to give an exact date on my release. I am truly grateful to my attorney, family and management for doing a great job in this respect."
It also turns out The Game couldn't wait to get back to recording new music: "I went directly to the studio with producers Cool & Dre and recorded several records including my street record Big Dreams. Thank you to all my fans as well for the support."
The "street record" Big Dreams is a low-key release available next week to DJ's, before the rapper's next official studio album L.A.X. lands later this year in June. The Game has hinted before that this may well be his last album.
