Portishead have already unveiled the track listing for their third studio album, also titled Third, but fans can also expect a single ahead of the eagerly awaited long-player.

On April 14th - that's two weeks before Third is released, the trio will deliver a digital and 12" single in the form of Machine Gun. The 12" will be pressed on limited edition etched vinyl.

In other news, it has come to our attention that Third will be available in a few limited edition formats, in addition to the standard versions. Apparently a USB stick and a box set will be released.

While we have no details (yet) on the latter, the USB stick will include a few videos - 'Ade's House, Machine Gun', 'The Rip live @ Mr Wolfe's', 'We Carry On' and 'The Truly Spectacular Universal Conference Film'

Portishead also start their tour schedule later this month, with the band set to play the following:
