Gnarls Barkley have re-shot their "offending" promo video for their Run single, over fears it could cause viewers to suffer an epileptic fit.
The original version of the video failed to pass "The Harding Test", which calculates the impact of flashing images and strobe lighting on the viewer, which subsequently caused MTV to pull the promo from their listings.
Speaking to Billboard, singer Cee-Lo Green says of their decision to re-shoot Run: "It seemed justifiable to hesitate a bit to make sure it didn't result in something severe."
"We just focused on any compromise we could come to," he added, "we didn't get too agitated - we just concentrated our focus on how we could resolve the problem."
More news relating to Gnarls Barkley has also been announced, and that is the pair's second album The Odd Couple will now be released on March 31st - a week ahead of the original scheduled date.
