Speck Mountain Summer Above Album To Get UK Release

Speck Mountain are to give their Summer Above album a UK issue finally, after being available in the band's native country for some time.
The LP is eight tracks in length, including Chroline Field - a song recently included on the Twisted Nerve compilation A Kind Of Awe And Reverence And Wonder (we happened to have reviewed that record here late last year).
Unlike the US version, UK buyers will get an extra bonus song called Blood Is Clean (a Valet cover), and this will also be surfacing in April as a limited edition 7", backed by an exclusive b-side named Backslide.
Before either this 7" or the long-player, March 24th sees lead single Hey Moon arrive. Summer Above is then due on April 7th via Peacefrog.
And if all this wasn't enough, Speck Mountain have just revealed they are hard at work recording their next full length album, tentatively named "Some Sweet Relief", at Soma Studios, Chicago.
Track Listing:
1. Summer Above
2. Hey Moon
3. Girl Out West
4. Midnight Sun
5. Stockholm
6. Fjord Song
