Kasabian To Headline Creamfields

Kasabian are to headline Creamfields this Summer and the event marks the tenth anniversary for the yearly festival, which will take place in Daresbury, Cheshire on August 23rd + 24th.
The band are currently working on new material as the follow-up to 2006's Empire album, but it is not known whether the festival will see them airing new tracks.
Front man Tom Meighan however, has said: "We have heard great things about the festival over the years and it is an honour to be asked to headline on its 10th anniversary. It will be great to bring our sound to a fresh northern crowd."
